Brief Description:  Trim tab bending

Completed the trailing edge bend for the trim tab.

Fabricated a set of bending blocks from red oak...nice and strong stuff.

Removed the vinyl from the interior of the trim tab, deburred, scotchbrighted, cleaned and primed.

Clamped the inboard end of the tab after lining up the oak and setting in place with double sided foam tape. Clamped all down tight and used a piece of red oak to bend the tab, then set the flush rivet gun very low and used the red oak to flatten the bend.

Repeated the above steps for the top of the tab as well as the outboard side of the trim tab.

Quite satisfied with the results....now I have a second trim tab skin in the event I damage this one.
